Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Extemel.
If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Sale items or items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement or refund.
